Ideal Maison work with registered French property estate agents and any monies due to Ideal Maison are accrued with the individual estate agents on the sale of a property initiated through this site, active marketing and advertising or by direct contact with Ideal Maison. The fees payable to the French estate agent will form part of the fees payable to Ideal Maison; therefore there is no additional fee to the purchaser.
Private owners advertising their property through the international lettings pay an annual fee to advertise their properties for rent. Owners are invoiced annually each year.
Ideal Maison and the web site are domiciled in England and registered as a business in the UK.
